Donatas Norušis (b. 1990) is a Lithuanian sculptor based in Berlin, whose sound-based practice extends across installation, performance, video, and drawing. He develops spatial and performative systems where sculptural gestures interact with gravity and signals drawn from bodies, objects, and virtual environments. Within these systems, sound and materials emerge as conditions, tracing techno-poetic contours of anticipation, memory, and time.
Donatas holds a BA in Sculpture from the Vilnius Academy of Arts and an MA in Sound Studies and Sonic Arts from the Berlin University of Arts.
